Yes! PHapp® makes it easy to share important alerts with family, friends, and your community.

Why Share Alerts

Sharing alerts helps you:

  • Keep family members informed about local threats
  • Warn friends who may be affected by an alert
  • Coordinate emergency response with loved ones
  • Spread awareness in your community
  • Help those who may not have PHapp installed

How to Share an Alert

To share any alert:

  1. Open the alert you want to share
  2. Tap Share
  3. Choose how you want to share:
    • Text message (SMS)
    • Email
    • Social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
    • Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Signal, etc.)
    • Copy link to clipboard
  4. Select recipients and send

What Gets Shared

Sharing sends a link to the alert. Anyone with the link can open it to read the full details and any updates. Some updates don’t have a shareable link yet.

Privacy and Sharing

When you share alerts:

  • Your personal information is not included
  • Your monitoring locations remain private
  • Recipients see only the alert information, not your settings
  • Shared links are public and can be viewed by anyone

Encouraging Others to Download PHapp

When you share alerts, consider including a note encouraging recipients to download PHapp so they can receive alerts automatically. You can also share a link to ph.app, where they can read alerts in any browser.
