Request access to Portal by Hub

Portal by Hub is free for every authorized government agency at the city, county, state, tribal nation, and territorial level. No contract is needed to get started.

Sign in with your work email

If your agency is already authorized, you can access the portal immediately. Go to portal.hub.inc and sign in with your government work email address. The portal will recognize your agency and grant access automatically.

Need help getting access?

If you are unable to sign in or your agency has not been set up yet:

1. Visit support.hub.inc and submit a ticket. Choose "Access Issue" as the category.
2. Our support team will review your request and provision your account.
3. Once approved, sign in at portal.hub.inc with your work email address.

You can also invite team members directly from the portal once you have access. Each person signs in with their own work email.
