No. PHapp is designed with privacy as a core principle.
No Personal Information Required
PHapp does not require you to:
- Create an account or sign up
- Provide your name
- Share your email address
- Give any contact information
It Depends on How You Sign Up
- App or web: nothing that identifies you — no account or contact details are needed.
- Text/SMS: we use your mobile number, only to deliver the alerts you asked for. Text STOP at any time to stop.
Your Location
We do not track your physical location. To send you the right alerts, our servers keep a minimal record that a device is subscribed to the location(s) and language you choose — just enough to route and translate alerts to you, and not tied to your identity. You choose which locations to monitor and can change them at any time.
Optional Hub Account
You can choose to create a Hub Account so your preferences (such as your locations and language) follow you across the devices you use. It exists for your convenience — not for tracking — and PHapp works fully without one.
