How do I receive alerts from PHapp®?

Multiple ways to get alerts: app, web, and SMS

PHapp delivers alerts through multiple channels, giving you flexibility in how you stay informed:

Notification Channels

  1. In-App Notifications: Push notifications appear on your phone's lock screen and in the notification center. Tap to see full details and recommended actions.
  2. Web (Browser): View alerts at ph.app in any browser on your computer or mobile device. No download required.
  3. SMS/Text Messages: Receive alerts via text message. Great for ensuring you see alerts even when you're not actively using your phone.

PHapp doesn’t currently offer email notifications.

Customizing Your Preferences

Without signing in, you can turn App push on or off in the mobile app. When you are signed in, you can also:

  • Turn SMS on or off
  • Choose how much to be notified: Don’t notify me, Only urgent, Important & up, or Everything
  • Choose which topics you follow

Accessing Your Settings

  1. Open PHapp (sign in first to choose topics, SMS or how much to be notified)
  2. Open Settings (on a phone, it is in the app’s menu)
  3. Choose Notifications & channels for channels and how much, or Topics you follow for subjects

This multi-channel approach ensures you get critical information in the format that works best for you.
