How do I receive alerts from PHapp®?
Multiple notification channels including app, web, SMS, and email
PHapp delivers alerts through multiple channels, giving you flexibility in how you stay informed:
Notification Channels
- In-App Notifications: Push notifications appear on your phone's lock screen and in the notification center. Tap to see full details and recommended actions.
- Web (Browser): View alerts at ph.app in any browser on your computer or mobile device. No download required.
- SMS/Text Messages: Receive critical alerts via text message. Great for ensuring you see alerts even when you're not actively using your phone.
- Email: Get detailed alerts delivered to your inbox with comprehensive information and links to additional resources.
Customizing Your Preferences
You have complete control over how you receive alerts:
- Choose which channels to enable (you can use one, some, or all)
- Set different preferences for different alert types
- Configure quiet hours for non-critical alerts
- Adjust severity thresholds (receive all alerts vs. critical only)
Accessing Your Settings
To customize notification preferences:
- Open PHapp
- Tap the Settings icon
- Select "Notifications"
- Choose your preferred channels and alert types
