PHapp delivers alerts through multiple channels, giving you flexibility in how you stay informed:

Notification Channels

  1. In-App Notifications: Push notifications appear on your phone's lock screen and in the notification center. Tap to see full details and recommended actions.
  2. SMS Text Messages: Receive critical alerts via text message. Great for ensuring you see alerts even when you're not actively using your phone.
  3. Email: Get detailed alerts delivered to your inbox with comprehensive information and links to additional resources.
  4. Video Formats: Some alerts are available in video format, providing visual context and step-by-step guidance.

Customizing Your Preferences

You have complete control over how you receive alerts:

  • Choose which channels to enable (you can use one, some, or all)
  • Set different preferences for different alert types
  • Configure quiet hours for non-critical alerts
  • Adjust severity thresholds (receive all alerts vs. critical only)
