How does PHapp determine which alerts to send me?
Control which alerts you receive and how you receive them
PHapp delivers alerts based on the location you choose to monitor. Here's how it works:
Location-Based Alerts
When you set up PHapp, you select the location you want to monitor. You'll receive alerts for the specific location you've chosen.
Customizable Notification Preferences
You have complete control over which alert types you receive. Navigate to Settings to customize:
- Alert categories (weather, health, safety, environmental, etc.)
- Severity levels (critical alerts only, or all information)
- Delivery methods (app notifications, SMS, email, video)
- Quiet hours to avoid non-critical alerts during sleep
PHapp intelligently filters alerts to show only what's relevant to your selected location and preferences.
