PHapp support team is here to help with questions, issues, or feedback.

In-App Support

To get help:

  1. Open PHapp
  2. Go to Menu
  3. Tap on "Support"
  4. Submit your question or report

Response Times

  • Critical issues: We aim to respond within 4 hours
  • General questions: Typically within 24 hours
  • Feature requests: Acknowledged within 48 hours

Before Contacting Support

To help us assist you faster, please:

  • Check the Knowledge Base for answers to common questions
  • Try basic troubleshooting (restart app, check settings)
  • Note your PHapp version (Settings → About)
  • Have your device information ready (model, OS version)
