How do I contact PHapp® support?

Get help through the Hub Support Center or in-app

The PHapp support team is here to help with questions, issues, or feedback.

Hub Support Center

Visit support.hub.inc to browse help articles, submit a request, or check the status of an existing ticket.

In-App Help

You can also reach support directly from PHapp:

  1. Open PHapp
  2. Go to Menu
  3. Tap "Support" or "Send Feedback"
  4. Submit your question or report

Response Times

  • Critical issues: We aim to respond within 4 hours
  • General questions: Typically within 24 hours
  • Feature requests: Acknowledged within 48 hours

Before Contacting Support

To help us assist you faster, please:

  • Check the Hub Support Center for answers to common questions
  • Try basic troubleshooting (restart app, check settings)
  • Note your PHapp version (Settings → About)
  • Have your device information ready (model, OS version)
  • Take screenshots of any error messages

Important: If you believe there's an error in an emergency alert or you need immediate emergency assistance, contact 911 or your local emergency services directly. Do not rely solely on app support for emergency situations.
