Add your agency's logo to PHapp®

Co-brand alerts and agency pages with your logo alongside Hub

Available with Portal by Hub Pro. See what's included in Pro →

Why co-branding matters

When your agency's logo appears on PHapp® alerts and your agency page, residents immediately recognize the source. Familiar branding builds trust and improves engagement — especially during emergencies, when residents need to know an alert is from a source they already rely on.

Logo requirements

  • Format: PNG
  • Size: 1024 × 1024 pixels (square)
  • Background: Solid color — not transparent
  • Safe area: Keep the mark comfortably inside the square; avoid letting detail run to the edge

Why a solid background

PHapp® displays your logo in both light and dark interfaces — on the web, on iOS, and on Android. A transparent logo designed for a white background can disappear or look broken in dark mode. A solid background ensures your logo looks intentional and legible everywhere it appears.

Tip: reuse what you already have. The logo you use on your agency's social media profiles (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn) is almost always the right fit. Those platforms use the same 1024 × 1024 square with a solid background. Reusing it also means residents see the same mark across every channel — reinforcing recognition.

How to request co-branding

Co-branding is set up by our team. To get started:

  1. Prepare your logo following the requirements above.
  2. Submit a request at support.hub.inc/kb-tickets/new.
  3. Choose Content request as the support category.
  4. In the description, note that you're requesting co-branding setup and include your agency name.
  5. Attach your 1024 × 1024 PNG using the file upload field.

Our team will configure your logo on your agency account and send you a preview to approve before it goes live. Typical turnaround is a few business days. If you need help preparing the logo file, mention it in your request and we can usually help convert an existing asset.
